Infiniti M37 and M56 – the mystery is revealed
The “mysterious” model of the Infiniti was recently unveiled in the 59th Annual Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in Monterey, California.
The letter bears the same mystery, that “M” and is new to the European market in America have them located in the third generation.
However, it has not been an impediment to company officials, throwing the car in “hard” a premium sedan car.
The new M comes with serious changes in the outdoor, over the previous generation, with particular lines drawn, keeping the company’s new line.
Excess for the new M presents luxury: leather, wood and various metals, all resulting elegance and exclusivity.
Regarding the diesel engine, the new M will be offered in two versions: one M37 – 3.7 L V6, producing around 330 hp and an M56 - 5.6 L V8 400 hp, what version will be available on the European market. M56 will be replaced in Europe with a Renault V6 engine, generating about 265 hp. Officials have not revealed but if the new M will have four-wheel drive or not, this is expected.
Infiniti will be presented on about 32 markets, including Western Europe, with such names among direct competitors: Audi A6, 5 Series and E Class.
The car will be on sale since the second half of 2010.
