Floods in China: Torrential rains now hit more than 7.5 million people in Henan




More than 7.5 million people have now been affected by the floods in central China, more than double the 3 million reported Thursday, according to the Henan provincial authorities. About 585,000 people have been temporarily evacuated from their homes, and another 919,000 have been relocated by the government.
