The latest generation of the Audi RS 3 offers even more power. Both models – RS 3 Sportback and RS 3 Sedan – in this series have been tuned for better performance. They’ve also received updated styling and interiors to match their sporty character. But despite all these properties, the new RS 3 is suitable for everyday use, according to Audi.

The new Audi RS 3 is brought to life by the unique 2.5-liter five-cylinder TFSI engine, which has been named “International Engine of the Year” nine times in a row. In the latest generation of the compact sports car, the engine is now more powerful than ever. It develops 400 hp and 500 Nm, enough to bring the new RS 3 from 0 to 100 km / h in just 3.8 seconds, at a limited top speed of 250 km / h. The art of acceleration, the 5-cylinder engine also offers an intoxicating sound. There is a 7-speed DCT unit for the transmission.

The new Audi RS 3 is the first Audi model to be equipped with a torque splitter as standard, which ensures optimum torque distribution on the rear axle. The suspension on the new models has also been updated to improve performance. And to keep the power of the 5-piston engine in check, the car comes with newly developed six-piston steel brakes. Audi can also supply a ceramic brake system on request.

The new Audi RS 3 has wide bumpers, a newly designed single frame with a distinctive honeycomb grille and larger air inlets. An additional air outlet behind the front wheel arches is also noticeable. Inside, the new models have too many elements that underline their sportiness. These include a 12.3-inch Audi virtual cockpit plus, an RS-specific shift indicator, a 10.1-inch touch display and a head-up display.

The Audi RS 3 Sportback and the RS 3 Sedan can now be ordered in Europe and will be launched on the market this autumn. The basic price for the RS 3 Sportback is 60,000 euros, the RS 3 sedan at 62,000 euros.
